The TL1000R is a valuable addition to any hay producers arsenal. Easy to maintain and even easier to use, the TL1000R uses tractor hydraulics to spin and rotate the bale ensuring it’s completely wrapped every time.
To keep 4’ and 5’ bales centered the TL1000R is equipped with adjustable bale guides. It also features a wrap counter to ensure you get the right amount of wraps on each bale.

WRAP COUNTER
The wrap counter allows you to set the desired number of rotations of wrap per bale and displays the current rotation.
ADJUSTABLE GUIDES
Adjustable bale guides allow 4’ or 5’ bales to be centered on the turntable ensuring even delivery of wrap.
ROLLERS
Located on the turntable, the two rollers spin the bale while wrapping, ensuring it’s completely sealed.
UNLOAD EASILY
Easily unload wrapped bales by lifting the 3PH while the standard skid shoes ensure your turf is protected.
KNIFE
After a bale has been unloaded and a new one is placed on the turntable, the knife easily cuts the plastic wrap for continuous operation.
TRANSPORT LOCK
The manual transport lock secures the bale platform to prevent dumping during transport.
