Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Horse Stalls are ineligible for returns since every job is custom-built to meet your specific requirements.

Damaged Shipments
We can only process a claim for a damaged shipment if the customer notes the damage on the delivery paperwork at the time of receipt.

Damaged or Faulty Products
For products that arrive damaged or faulty, Lakeland Farm & Ranch will review the claim based on photographs provided by the customer.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our main location in Manitoba, Canada. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A 10% handling/restocking fee is typically applied to help offset expenses incurred for processing, packaging, and shipping.

Policy Updates
Lakeland Farm & Ranch reserves the right to update this return policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, operations, or applicable laws.

Custom Projects & Special Orders
Custom projects, made-to-order products, and specially manufactured items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These products are built, modified, or configured specifically to the customer’s requirements and therefore cannot be resold. This includes, but is not limited to, custom horse stalls, barn components, livestock handling systems, and any product customized in size, design, finish, or configuration.
