C-Series Portable Cattle Handling System w/ Manual Headgate
Bring your cattle handling equipment to the herd with Lakeland’s C-Series Portable Cattle Handling System. Combining a manual headgate squeeze chute, adjustable alley, and cornerless crowding tub, this integrated setup helps you manage processing days across your home yard, pastures, and rented land.
From vaccinations and ear tagging to pregnancy checks, keep essential handling tasks organized in one portable cattle working system.
Cornerless Crowding Tub for Controlled Cattle Flow
The crowding tub guides cattle toward the working alley, helping establish a clear path into the system. Its cornerless layout supports forward movement, while a three-way exit provides flexibility when planning your handling area.
An integrated tub exit door adds convenient access for handlers.
Adjustable Alley for Different Cattle Sizes
Set the cattle alley width with a single lever, adjusting from 20 to 31 inches to suit the animals being worked. Heavy-duty rolling doors help control movement between working sections.
Together, the adjustable alley and crowding tub support a steady approach to the chute, helping you organize cattle before individual handling.
Manual Headgate Squeeze Chute for Responsive Control
The Premium C-Series cattle squeeze chute puts headgate operation in your hands. Its rear control handle allows you to close the manual headgate from behind the animal, outside its forward line of sight.
The open-bar headgate lets cattle see ahead as they enter. Once the animal is positioned, the head holder clamp helps limit head movement during ear tagging, injections, and other close-access tasks.
Parallel squeeze sides move inward evenly, providing balanced restraint. A rubber floor supports footing, while the included sternum bar assists with positioning.
Walk-Through Vet Cage and Accessible Working Areas
The chute’s walk-through vet cage provides a dedicated access area behind the restrained animal. Reversible vet cage doors offer flexibility for handler entry during pregnancy checking and veterinary work.
Fully opening chute sides and drop-down inspection gates provide access for examinations and treatment. These features bring restraint and accessibility together, supporting a more controlled working routine for producers and veterinarians.
Portable Cattle Handling Equipment Built for Ranch Work
The one-piece platform includes removable wheels and a built-in panel carrier. Heavy-duty steel construction and a powder-coated finish support repeated use throughout the handling season.
For operations working cattle at several locations, portability lets you plan handling around where the herd is kept.
Plan Your Cattle Handling System with Lakeland
Consider how cattle will enter the tub, move through the alley, and leave the chute. A well-planned working area helps you get more from every component.
